I had a awesome experience with Dr. Brauneck and his staff. It was my first time at his office and I was so nervous about going. His staff was super understanding and comforting to me and that means alot these days. They will be my dentist from now on. Let me just say I’m beyond amazed with this office. I was in so much pain I could hardly talk or make phone calls. My husband ended up calling so many offices in palatka getting turned away each time. When he calls this office they pick up and tell me to come in. No questions asked. I’m 28 and it was first dentist appointment I know that’s horrible. But they were so kind and helped calm all my anxiety. Thank you and sorry I cried so much 🥺
