The waiting area was very crowded and compact. I received a referral to this place from my insurance company. Two women were not too pleasant. The male at the desk was very pleasant from the time I entered I went back to him to ask for a later appointment and he gave me a print out of the appointment. I thanked him for being pleasant. Dr. Sarah Williams had good bed side manners and seemed to listen to my concerns. The exam room are really small and I asked for the curtain to be pulled in case the door was opened. The person who did the sonogram was very thorough but the room was small and hot. Not sure if I will continue to receive care there.

This was my first visit to this facility. I was impressed with the level of care. The front office staff was pleasant and efficient. My wait time was short. The medical staff was also quick and efficient. The Dr’s bedside manner was impeccable. I felt extremely comfortable conversing with the Dr. I would recommend this facility.

I really enjoyed going to the clinic, the staff were very polite and caring. I was pleased with the ENT doctor Mohabir, Amelia she was very thorough furthermore, she send me to see someone about my tyroids. The thing that I like the most you don’t have to wait all day to see a doctor I was there ten minute before they called my name to see the doctor. I was also amazed that they had so many different types of doctors there.

Yesterday, Saturday, March 9, 2024, I was at Century Medical Center first time. I was so impressed with the courteous, kindness, care and professionalism of the staff there. I have seen this kind care and medical support first time from any medical center. From receptionist front desk, Ms. Elizabeth, Medical asst. Ms. Alissa (Alexandria) and Nurse specialist Ms. Grace, every one was so warm and welcoming. I will suggest this medical center to any one who would like best medical treatment, respect and care at the same time.

I was refer from my friend and I heard a lot about the doc but when I visit it was my amazing experience,such a nice staff,doctor was outstanding,accommodating,she listens,there was no attitude like other doctors.i would definitely recommend her.i would definitely fellow her in future also ,from my side 10/10
