Crooks Jr Robert M DDS

I’ve visited here on 10/26/23 for an extraction today with Dr.Crooks. Dr.Crooks was well mannered and pleasant . I was told ahead of time beware of his demeanor because he don’t be kind to US COLORED PPL 😒 but he didn’t show me any of that or made me uncomfortable . I can only go based of someone’s energy and not by word of mouth . When I first made the appointment ,Mrs.Susan answered the phone very professional , explained everything I needed to know and do prior before my appointment , yes answered all my questions. Moving Forward, I was so nervous for this procedure but when I tell you Mrs.Lyssa relaxed me , calmed my nerves , even held my hand , rubbed my hand and even my shoulder just to give me reassurance that I’m doing okay, because I was shaking so hard . All I felt was the pressure and Dr.Crooks was talking and doing his jobs at what he does best . Just to be clear HE GETS straight to the point. Thank you for the professionalism and being so generous. It’s a Respect thing . Mrs.Lyssa THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EXPLAINING IT ALL AND LETTING ME KNOW IF I NEED ANY ASSISTANCE TO CALL . I appreciate you , Dr.Crooks have the best assistant ever .

Dr. Crooks was so pleasant and knowledgeable. At my initial consultation he gave me a thorough examination with recommendations on my other procedures I needed to take care of with the Endodontic. When I came back for my appointment, during the procedure, Dr. Crooks assistant was so amazing. As well, Dr. Crooks was very professional, courteous, and a little comical. Dr. Crooks, his assistant, and staff made this first time experience for me amazing. I was even more impressed by the personal and professional followup call from Dr. Crooks to check on me later that evening.

These women are amazing. Professional, comforting, and kind. They talked me through the entire procedure from beginning to end while my anxiousness was sky high. The oral surgeon was concise, direct, and efficient. They know what they are doing.

Dr. Crooks and his staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and calming to me during my wisdom teeth extraction. I was extremely nervous before coming in but realized I had nothing to worry about as this doctor is very good at what he does and talks you through the entire experience beforehand. Extremely thankful to have been referred here and to have gotten the help I needed!
