Sometimes emergency situations bring you the best outcomes! Thank you Dr. Jacob and staff for the extraordinary treatment my daughter received today. I got a phone call from school with my daughter hysterically crying from tooth pain. I immediately called her dentist and they told me that the next availability is in 2 weeks. I explained that she is in excruciating pain but they didn’t budge and referred me to the ER. Started googling Dentists in our area and I think God himself led me to find the office of Dr. Jacob’s. Veronica, the front desk receptionist was so kind and warming over the phone and said that the Dr. would gladly see my daughter because they don’t want her to be in pain. These people didn’t know or ever seen her as a patient, however they presented compassion and help instantaneously, something that is very hard to find today. Moving forward to the treatment; my daughter is an EXTREMELY DIFFICULT patient. She cries, moves, gags when attempting to do Xrays and Dr. stuck through all her tantrums. He was kind, welcoming, gentle and most of all patient! He didn’t not once present himself to be annoyed or irritated; on the contrary he was understanding and did everything possible to alleviate her from her misery! His techniques are effective. He extracted two teeth with ease and great professionalism! Regardless of his status, he remains a kind, humble individual and I’m so thankful for him and his staff! Switching my family to his practice. If you are looking for a dentist that is professional, kind, and is so pleasant to deal with, Dr. Jacob and his office is the place to be!! Dr. Avner is a very honest and thoughtful professional who truly cares for not just your teeth, but your actual well-being! He is patient, understanding, and thorough, and wants to offer you the best solution so that you are happy. The staff in the office are also very welcoming and helpful and spend the time and effort to know and remember you. I have never felt so much proactive care and compassion from such a knowledgable and skilled dentist - I highly recommend Dr. Avner!
