Carol my hygienist was very sweet, I loved her, I honestly don’t have the cleanest or best teeth, and I’ve had lots of dentists ridicule and insult me for not taking proper care of them, but Carol was very polite & wasn’t rude to me at all. Instead of lecturing me for not flossing properly, she actually went out of her way to kindly show me how to do it correctly. She was very nice and helpful and I actually had one of my first pleasant experiences at a dentist office. She did not hurt me at all while cleaning my teeth, and she did a great job. The dentist was also incredibly nice and friendly, I wish I remembered his name, a younger guy with tattoos, talked to me about my cavity issues, educated me and was very helpful. The woman who took my x-rays was also great, a younger woman, I can’t remember her name either though. She was amazing, this was actually the first time I’d ever gotten dental x-rays done and it didn’t hurt at all biting down on the x-ray device! I was amazed. She was also incredibly sweet, helpful, and very fast and efficient. The x-rays came out great, she was super fast with it, and it didn’t hurt, which I was really impressed by. I‘ve had so many x-ray techs at previous dentists offices who didn’t care if I was in pain and were openly rude to me when I didn’t bite down on the device correctly. She wasn’t rude at all, very kind, and very fast. I was in and out of x-ray the fastest I’ve ever been before. I highly recommend her, wish I could remember her name. The only thing I didn’t like about this place was that I showed up for my appointment on time, but they made me wait 3 hours to get seen. Not sure why. It was kinda crazy. However, this place does take Medicaid, so that coupled with the service almost made it worth it. I just wish they had better planning & scheduling procedures. I had to get to work so it was very stressful waiting there for that long, and especially given that I showed up on time. It also takes over a month to get an initial appointment. I also planned to get my tooth fixed, a month in advance, and they called and canceled my appointment the day before I was supposed to come in, and then informed me they no longer work Thursdays (even though they did do Thursdays before, and it’s the only day I have off of work). The staff here is great, they are all super friendly and do amazing work, but the scheduling is messy. 30-40 minutes I understand, but waiting 3 hours was crazy. I also don’t know why people are complaining about hygiene. All 3 of the people I saw - dentist, hygienist, and x-ray tech - washed their hands, were very clean, the room was clean, and the equipment was clean. My hygienist actually stopped a couple of times to wash her hands and change her gloves. She was very clean & did a great job.

I’ve been coming here to the dentist for a long time and today was the best experience I’ve ever had. I have very bad anxiety and was very nervous but Dr. Anthony made me feel at ease. I was impressed with the staff and the reception staff. From when I walked in for my appointment, I mentioned how nervous I was and they assured me everything would be fine. To my surprise, everything was fine and I know now I’ll feel comfortable coming to my future appointments. The improvement from the prior management is astounding. Joanne Laurenzano
