Dr. Yeung and her staff were incredibly welcoming and sweet. This was my first root canal so naturally I was extremely nervous. Dr. Yeung educated me on the entire process and really put me at ease. She made it the quickest and most painless experience for a procedure that is so dreadful. She called me the next day to check in which was super thoughtful of her. 10/10 recommend Dr. Yeung and her staff!!
A root canal is never a joy, but Dr. Yeung was so nice and informative, it helped to ease any anxiety. Dr. Yeung provided personal care to assure that I understood the options involved and explained each step that she was taking. She was diligent in asking if I felt any pain, and provided forewarning of the discomfort I would feel afterwards, so that I was prepared. She kindly followed up with a phone call and was genuinely concerned with how I was recovering. I would recommend her to everyone!
I was referred to Dr. Yeung by a friend who had a wonderful, patient-centered experience with her. From making the consultation and appointments to getting the procedures done, everything was well-explained and done to provide the best possible experience. There was minimal discomfort during and after my procedure and Dr. Yeung was excellent at educating me on pre- and post-care. This was the first root canal in my life, and I was in good hands with Dr. Yeung, along with her assistants Jasmine and Jacklyn. They are all knowledgeable, conscientious, and empathetic professionals that I’m happy to refer anyone to should they find themselves needing the procedure!
Had a root canal done yesterday. Priscilla is an amazing dentist. She’s very skilled, and very thorough with her work. All the staff members are also amazing. They all made sure I was as comfortable as possible during my procedure. This is definitely my go to dentist office from now on.
Dr Yeung is not only a great oral surgeon, but has amazing bedside manner which is almost equally as important. She explained every detail pre and post operation to me and even followed up with a call the next day to make sure I was ok. Root canals suck and this was my first time and hopefully last time for this procedure, but if I had to get another one, I would go straight to Dr Yeung. I know a lot of doctors perform the same procedure multiple times a day, but I felt like I was the only patient she was having the whole year. Thank you, Dr. Yeung.
