New Richmond Dental Associates

Hello Folks~I was extremely pleased with my first visit to the office today. I felt at ease and was treated with compassion, from the lady who took my call and booked me to the lovely hygienist who listened to me babble. lol ~ and you too Doc👨‍🔧 I definitely would recommend and as they well know i’ll be back🦷😁 Little acts of kindness make a difference Its beautiful 💚 Thank You Ladies and Dr. Susan

I had a filling from a previous dentist fall out, and it developed a cavity. New Richmond Dental Associates was able to get me in and get it fixed. My dentist did seem a bit annoyed with me, but her work was fabulous, quick and painless! She even fixed my crown, which was causing me pain. She must have known because I didn’t mention it, but since my visit, I’ve not had pain in my crowned tooth.

I have ALWAYS had massive anxiety when going to the dentist and after having 2 children my teeth were definitely not the best. I made an appointment with a few other dentist and got nothing except judgment and rough treatment and cleaning. So it came as a suprise when I made an appointment to this dentist and received none of that. The receptionist and the blonde nurse I do apologize for not knowing their names yet were absolutely incredible. Funny, understanding, and comforting. The dentist herself is also very understanding. She took her time to work on my teeth and was not rough with me at all. She sat there and ensured I wasn’t in any pain and if I even felt the slightest thing was super quick to apologize and correct it. I have never in my entire life been excited to go get my teeth corrected and to maintain it. I would 100% give this dentist office a 10/10. They aren’t just fixing my teeth. They are fixing my smile. ♥️
