ROOT™ Periodontal & Implant Center - Flower Mound

This is truly the best dental experience I have had in my life! The entire office staff is so welcoming and went above and beyond to ease my fears and trepidation after a lifetime of unpleasant dental experiences. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable, yet, at the same time made me feel like I was family. Dr. Patel is the VERY BEST!! He is extremely detailed in regards to what my short term and long-term plans for my very best dental health looks like. Something I have never experienced before: Dr. Patel is non-judgmental about what is going on with my teeth currently and whatever I have or have not done in the past in regards to the proper upkeep of my teeth. He even personally called other specialists and surgeons to refer me for other procedures. If I could give ROOT Peridontal & Implant Centers 10 stars I would!

My first two visits to Root Flower Mound have been exceptional in every way. The level of professionalism and attention to detail make them stand out in a sea of mediocrity. All staff have treated me as their most valuable customer making certain that I clearly understand the treatment procedures and what is expected of me after I leave their office. They are truly a breath of fresh air!

The experience at Root has been amazing. As soon as you enter the doors, you feel at home. All my issues have been addressed with great care. There is a reason why they have been voted the BEST! Cause they are the BEST!

I’ve been a patient of both Dr. Sheppard and, today, Dr. Mikhail at the Flower Mound office, and I’ve had excellent experiences with both as well as the assistants and front desk staff each time. I recommend ROOT and this fine office.

I was referred here by cross timber dental and so glad I was. The whole team are amazing, down to earth and just make you feel so welcome. I have really bad anxiety at the dentist and when I say bad, I mean bad ! First time I went,I was a mess but second time I had Lanap surgery. Dr Patel, takes his time explaining everything. He is very respectful and non judgmental. No member of staff made me feel bad for not going to see a professional in years. They just want to help you and save teeth !! All the front desk ladies are fabulous. I’ve dealt with Shay a lot at the front and she is so welcoming and helpful.
